The Brief
A sixty-second message film against measuring life in possessions — staged as a rooftop confrontation and a choice, dialogue-led, built to travel on social.

The red umbrella
The film opens on an object, not a face: a wrapped gift held behind a back. We read the intent before a word is spoken — the terms of the offer arrive as body language.

Rooftop terms
Two men against a grey skyline, held in a static two-shot while the older man counts his wealth aloud. The camera refuses to move; the pressure is entirely verbal, which is what makes it heavy.

The refusal
The cut finally comes in close for the younger man’s answer — we’ll live our own life well. Conviction without anger: the film’s message delivered as a quiet decision, not a speech.

The door opens
The rooftop elevator opens on a woman in white. The alternative to the arithmetic is made visible in a single reveal — the film argues by casting, not by copy.

Flowers, not figures
He crosses the roof at walking pace, the camera following level with him, and hands her the answer. The gesture is small on purpose; the choice is the spectacle.

Their own road
The couple walk into evening light with the city at their backs — wide, unhurried, unresolved in the best way. The message leaves with them instead of appearing as a slogan.
